Bundan 4 yıl önce eşim doğal ürünler satılan bir yerden alış veriş yapmıştı aldıklarının içinden bir kavanoz dikkatimi çekmişti.Kavanozun içinde üzüm yaprağı vardı içeriğini okuduğumda içinde sadece su ve yaprak olduğunu okuduğumda çok ilginç ve mantıklıda geldi Aslında bu yönten eskiden annelerimizin sebzelerden yaptığı konservelerle aynı mantıkta yapılmış. Kullandığım da da taze yaprak aromasını koruduğunu gördüm ve bunu mutlaka bende denemeliyim dedim geçen sene denedim ve çok beğendim bu sene tüm kışlık yaprağımı bu şekilde yaptım.<br />

Yıkanmış asma yapraklarını kaynamakta olan suya deste deste atın ve çok fazla haşlamayın rengi dönünce hemen çıkarın ve yapraklar bitene kadar böyle devam edin ve yaprakları kavanozlara doldurun iyice bastırın ve aldığı kadar koyun bu arada ocağın altını hiç kapatmayın doldurduğunuz kavanozların üzerine ocakta kaynamakta olan sudan kepçele aldığı kadar koyun<br />
Kavanozların kapaklarını sıkıca kapatın ve kapakları aşşağı gelecek şekilde kaynamakta olan suya oturtun 1 dk bu şekilde kaynatın bu işlem kavanozların kilirlenmesi için gerekli<br />
Kalnattığınız kavanoları düz bir zemine yine kapak kısmı aşşağı gelecek şekilde dizin üzerine bir sofra bezi örtün ve bir gün bu şekilde bekletin<br />
Bir günden sonra kavanozların tuttuğunu anlamak için kapaklarını elinizle kontrol edin hafifçe çökmüşse tamamdır bir sene boyunca bozulmadan saklayabilirsiniz<br />
